Im trying to help my parents. They have a Mitsubishi VS-5042. Recently the screen started showing a large square black box that covers approximatley 90 percent of the screen. When you change chanels the block disappears then comes back in about 5 seconds. Is there any kind of reset or easy fix that can be done??? They have had the TV for about 13 years now and it just may be time to upgrade. Thanks for any help.
