Mitsubishi WS-55513 problem

I've got a Mitsubishi WS-55513 I purchased around 3-4 years ago and have been having a problem with it for a while but it now has gotten worse. When it was my main viewing TV, it would intermittently have a problem where the video and audio would just cut out and the screen would go black but have small "rainbow colored squiggly lines" running horizontally that were barely visible. I ised to be able to power of the TV then power it back on and it'd be fine for a little while. It got to the point where it started happening more and more. Now I can't get any inputs to work at all. The TV menu and volume bar still show up, but now when I power on the TV, it stays at the blue "no input source" screen and even on that screen you can see a slight "wavy effect" on the screen. During this problem I recently had the blinking light problem which I fixed with the 4 caps fix thanks to this fourm! And just for more info on this problem, I switched through all my inputs and even the card reader inputs. All inputs kept at the blue screen except with the card reader inputs, the screen would go black and the "info box" that tells you which buttons select picture, show slideshow, etc would show on screen but flickered almost like an old vcr with bad tracking. If there are any suggestions on things I could check or what it may be please advise. Thanks in advance for helping and reading my problem in book form.   :)
