We also have the WS-55711 with the blinking green light of death. This happened a couple of weeks ago and we were able to get it back by leaving it disconnected from the power for a while and then plugging it back in, but nothing is working this time. Could you please send us the instructions?

Larry, no need to send it. Rod forwarded me the message that you sent to him and although we weren't able to get any of the documents from Pando, my husband was able to figure everything out from the pictures. He replaced all of the capacitors and the TV is now working again.

He replaced all of the capacitors and the TV is now working again. Which caps did he replace and where are they located. My TV will power up, but nothing else works.

HI. My WS55711 doesn't have the green blinking light, it just won't turn on. The green LED comes on for a few seconds, as though it is going to power up, but then shuts back off. A few years ago I had this set worked on by a tech and the front control panel was the issue. Any ideas on where I might find one to replace this one and any thoughts on how I can disconnect the front control panel to get it to work with just the remote?
