I have a ws-55515. When i try to use the device menu on the tv or remote the tv functions freeze up. After a minute it resets the tv. Is there any one that has a clue?? My email is [email protected]

Try hitting menu-1-2-3 in order. That resets the the entire menu functions to factory default and see if that helps.
