static noise on power amplifier

is anyone can help me how to get rid off this static noise on my power amplifier mrv-f805 when the car engine is running? i used power cable connected directly to the battery & negative connected to the chassis but it doesnt work.even if there's no stereo connected to the input of the power amplifier there still have that noise.is there any solutions to get rid off this static noise?thanks
