Panasonic CT-36HL44 Loose Wire

I have a Panasonic 36" flat screen that the red light comes on, but no picture or audio. There is a loose orange wire that looks like it connect on the "L Board", either on L11 or L12. If one of those is the right one, then how do I tighten the connection once the wire is in?
