fisher pt-810a projection tv problems

I recently picked this tv up for free as it was experiencing many problems.

the symptoms listed were:

Turns itself off and on, changes channels whenever it feels like it

Turns off after being on for 5 minutes

Jumpy image

Pincushioning

Blurry image

Color ghosting

I fixed the off/on:channel changing problem by taking the remote apart and cleaning the contacts, no more phantom operator issues.. Fixed the turning off after 5 mins, jumpy image, and pincushioning by cleaning the circuit boards, all contacts on the connectors, and just giving it a good overall cleaning. I also resoldered a few joints that looked like they were starting to crack.

that leaves me with 2 problems.

I fixed the blurry image and color ghosting a bit by adjusting the lens focus, the focus pots, and the color intensity pots. When i project the white crosshair and adjust the center of it so that it has the least amount of ghosting, the further from center you go, the more ghosting or misalignment there is. the focus is good, but nowhere near perfect, a good example would be discovery channel or animal planet, you can make out the bottom corner watermark logo, but can barely read the text.

Does this sound like a convergence issue, a focus issue, bad coolant, or a combo of all of the above? Does anyone know if this model uses liquid coolant or gel packs? and last but not least, does anyone have a service manual for this model or for the pt-800a?

I noticed when cleaning the circuit boards and glancing at the lenses that this model either uses colored coolant, colored gel packs, or a color filter on all 3 crts.. not really sure where to go from here as this is only the second projection tv i have worked on, i mainly stick to repairing radios and computers..
