I don't work on that brand, but if it is a lcd projection tv i will help where i can. Need a better discription of the problem. When it goes off does the sound stay on? if you turn it off, will it stay off? How frequently does it do this?
The sound stays on & the screen turns black @ times & freezes. I have to unplugged the power off 2 or 3 times before it stays on for a bit. When I use the remote control after having the tv off for awhile, tv will turn on if I press the channel button. This happens every time I turn tv on.

@ times & freezes - this is from a weak digital signal, either through your digital in the set or cable box. It also can become blockey.
