hi there have lg prada phone got very wet have dryed it out and lcd touch screen works fine but none of the side buttons work nor will the call & end call buttons work can anyone help have tried keeping phone in bag of rice and moisture was removed from inside screen and works fine but not side buttons thanx alot
If the side buttons are rubber like, they may have moisture between the button pad, and the button it's self, or if it is completely dry, a residue could be left on the button pad, your only hope may be to dis-assemble the unit and dry off the button pads. Also you need to be prepared for the possibility that the water has damaged the microprocessor causing the phone to malfunction.
