Hello everyone, recently bought a Multimax MP640e projector. All is great except that the projected image curves up at the sides!? Any idea how to sort it out? Hope this will be useful to anyone one else ion the same position! many thanks, P

Well being that it is a projector a pincushion setting is probably not even a consideration, but you may be talking about a keystone distortion. some projectors will have a keystone adjustment. if not, then make sure the back end of the projector is just as high as the front end of the projector and it is pointing straight at the screen. I am not sure if this is your answer but with your description that is all i can offer. A picture would help.
THis doesn't sound like keystone to me. For those that don't know what this is...
Keystone will adjust the top or bottom width of the image to account for the angle of the projector to the screen. This is required for projectors that can be hung from the ceiling (for example). If the projector if facing downward at a 30 degree angle, without an adjustment, the picture would be wider at the bottom. Keystoning adjustments distort the picture in sucha fashon that it will appear square at the corners even when the angle is not 90 degrees.
As mentioned in the previous note, a picture would help. Please note that any variation from direct 90 degree projection will distort the image.

You are probably right Dan i just did not have any other ideas. So i thought i would throw that out.
