This is a high voltage error, it could be allot of things, Most likely "D" board is malfunctioning in some way, but it could also be a bad crt. Depending on how the tech would go with it, He may just replace "D" board or a crt, this would be the most expensive route. If it get's board level repaired it would be much cheaper. i will hesitate to say how much because i am not looking at this problem.
