Sony KP51WS500 excessive voltage on convergence circuit

I have lost power to the convergence ic's.  Fuse PS5001 is blown on the G board.  The voltage on the 22 volt circuit is +34.6 and  -46.2  coming into the fuses.  The sister 15 volt circuit is +16.4 And -17.  What is causing the excessive voltage on the 22 volt.
