I HAVE A ORION TV ITS A 32 INCH I THINK TV/VCR COMBO (OLDER). FOR SOME REASON ON THE MENU OPTION IT SKIPS OVER THE (CH SET UP) AND IT WILL NOT LET ME CHOOSE THAT OPTION TO CHANGE TV TO CABLE OR PROGRAM CHANEELS...CAN ANYONE HELP?

As for your problem, you should be in tuner mode to change tuner settings. If you're on an external input the option may not be presented to you. Give that a go and post back.
Sorry I use caps while typing dr's notes at work..caps are a habit.
ok you lost me on the tuner mode, there is not a button for that mode, any ideas on how to change modes?
When you are on input 1 or video 1 or anything like that, the tuner settings are unavailable because you are bypassing the tuner at the time. press ch up or enter a channel number, then go into the menu.
