Toshiba MW26G71

This Tv was dropped, worked fine before it was dropped. The HV transformer was broken off the circuit board. I repaired the damage?? The set turned on but had a wierd picture. It looks like the degaussing circuit is constantly energized. It's un plugged!! The picture appears somewhat normal except for these chromatic curved lines that radiate from the bottom center in a rainbow effect towards each side. Theses lines are about 3/8 inch wide. I replaced the main board since it was damaged anyway, the power supply and the video chip on the VCR board. Still have the same wierd problem. The next part is 200.00 so I'm asking for help.
