I have a cd system and the stand by light is on which tells me the power is there but every button I press whether it be for the radio, cd or cassette none of the functions are working can anyone advise me please
Usually if the standby light is on, the unit is in standby mode. When you depress the power switch, is there a click or perhaps 2? It sounds like the unit is not actually turning on. Please post whether or not there are any lights or displays that turn on at all.
