I have tested all of the leads on the M52790SP. With 118.8 acv going to the fuse, the chip tested above suggested DC voltage on all pins except number 1. Using pin 19 as the ground my tester discovered 8.87 dcv on pins 2 and should be 3.6v. All the rest of pins 6,7,11,12,16,32,36 tested 4.32 to 4.99 v and should have also been at 3.6v.
Is there anyway, to reduce the voltage or is the chip still the problem. Your thoughts please. Spence
