Mitsubishi WS55511 Blinking Green Light

I have the dreaded blinking green light on my WS55511.  If I try to turn it on, it acts like it is going to come on then turns back off automatically.  If I try the reset button, the green light blinks for a while then goes out.  I don't have a problem with soldering.  If this sounds like the same problem that the other folks have complained about, would you send me the instructions for the capacitor repair?  Thanks.
