I have just bought a Nokia 6300. With it came a CD update to the latest version of Nokia PC suite (version 6, I think). So I installed it. More fool me.
Now I cannot get the PC to link via bluetooth to the 6300 or even to the previous Nokia I had to pay a man to connect for me via bluetooth! When I try to pair the PC and the phone I get told I can't use the connection type and it also says Code:OpenMedia.
When I check the settings within Nokia PC suite it tells me it cannot find a supported bluetooth stack. I run Windows XP.
There was some kind of repair tool available, which I ran, but to no avail.
I shall probably have to buy a data cable for the new phone, but I am dead peeved about it. Any ideas about what's gone wrong and how to fix it?
