I do not understand what you mean locked out. Are you trying to reprogram your set? Does the TV set say enter code? Does the TV set skip over channels? Do you have the original remote? And if you do, have you tried to enter the channel numbers into the set? I need more info please.
I got the same probleme but with a Nexxtech tv, my remote fell on ground and it locked my tv, i see a blue screem with a padlock but there nothing that ask number or wathever, and i bought it from a pownshop so no manual...
