I have noticed on many forums about the 1080i mode and progressive scan modes for GT4.
But my copy doesn't have these options. I have been all through the manual and options on the game, and nothing is there. only 4:3 and 16:9 modes.
Does anybody know why. any help would be much appriciated.
It also only plays on a select few playstations like god of war 2 does. Any help with this also would be cool. thanx

As far as I'm aware, all copies of Gran Turismo 4 are the same. However, you may not see the option for the 480p or 1080i mode if you're not using a PS2 component video cable kit. Have you picked up one of these?
I'm currently in the process of finding one in a near by shop, they seem pretty hard to come by. thanx alot i'll try it when i get a component cable. much aprichiated.
