My husband just bought this for me and the manual does not explain a lot. I can't seem to get my computer to reconize it when I plug it into the usb port. I have done everything possible. How do I get the music on it? Also I have been charging it since yesterday and it won't charge properly how do I do that since the manual does not explain anything!!!! UGH I am ready to throw it out!!!!!
