Samsung HCN653W Hi Voltage problem

I apologize if I'm addressing a topic that has already been dealt with, but I have read through a ton of threads and haven't really come across one pertaining to the problem my tv has been diagnosed with.  The TV had no picture but the front standby light would begin flashing when powered on, which has been mentioned in other people's posts a number of times.  I just got it diagnosed and the guy said it had a defective high voltage that needed to be replaced?  I haven't really seen anything on this, so I was wondering if it would just be a part I need to order or what?  Thanks for your help!
