I have a 1996 19" inch daewoo tv. And got it at a yard sale. Well itskips channels like it has pre-setting. Can anyone help?

larry here is the complet model number. DTQ-204FC/SERIAL NUMBER 604BCM8984. Forgot to point out i use my universal remote to change the channels. Without the remote even less accessibility.
I am sorry, I cannot find this model number on the Daewoo web-site or even for a replacement remote controller.
