browser settings on new phone

this is quite a complicated request, i recently bought from ebay an Ezio 618 smartphone  and it is a brilliant phone except for one small problem. The phone has all korean settings and i live in australia, i have set up all the obvious changes but one that continues to elude me is the browser settings, i am unable to connect up to the internet homepage and use email etc. i have tried copying the browser settings from my old samsung phone and nothing works. does anyone out there have any idea what i can do? the phone is great other then that and i would really like for it all to be working properly! help please?
