Well the diagnostic for that is low B+ (ovp), BobP on yours they must have found it was an incorrect indeciation of a fault. This can happen. although it is not the only solution to this problem. It is somthing easy you can try. first simpy unplug the tv from the wall for about 5 min then plug it in again and see if the problem goes away. Or you can perform a system reset through the service menu. there are two resets, one will reset all the geometry data and that would be bad because you would have to re-enter this data manualy. the second is the nvm memory re-set. if you need to get that far i can give you instructions but if the wrong one is re-set you can be in some trouble.
I have had the same problem on my KDS 60A2000 and the only solution was to call the repairman and they have to reboot the TV just like a computer.
