can anybody tell me were I can get a flyback for a hitachi model V-1060. I've got the part # written down, but not handy at the moment! If anyone can help or point me in the right direction I would be very grateful.

If Hitachi does not have it available, it is highly unlikely you will be able to find one unless an equipment repair person has one lying around. These types of replacement parts are usually specialty type parts and not available as their consumer replacement parts are. Your best bet would be to contact AUTHORIZED Hitachi repair or warranty stations for their test equipment. Good luck and let us know how you make out with this scope.
