The more you replace the fuse and it blows, the more damage it is going to cause.in the power supply circuit! A Fuse very rarley blows for not reason!. A fuse is there to prevent the set from starting on fire! I have seen peeps short out the fuse, and their home catches on fire! Then they try to blame me! As I told them, try the fuse ONCE!!!! Only once!. If it blowes again, there is a major short inside this TV set. Since you think I can guess what type and model of a TV set you have, My answer wil be a simple guess! You have a shorted, bridge rectifier diode assembly, the main b+ capacitor is shorted, or you have a problem in the main Power supply or maybe the horizontal section of this TV set. As I see it, you do not have a lot of experience with serviceing, solid state electronics, and if that is true, my best advice is to call in a pro to assist you with this repair.
