I just walked in to see a semi circle mark on the bottom of my screen, on my Samsung SP43Q5HL1X/xSA . This seems to be a fluid substance, i am not sure if my daughter has somehow spilt drink on the screens or if this is from some other issue. Have placed a picture that hopefully someone may be able to help give me an answer or a fix......
