The drivers required will depend upon the hardware within the machine. Most common NIC cards (ethernet cards) will be recognized by Win2000 and install correctly. At this point, you will need to post the card type. You will need to download the driver to a floppy or CD to install onto the machine. If you don't know the hardware type, try to remove the existing instance of the gerneric network device via the device manager and reboot the system. The operating system should see the card and attempt to install a driver. Write down the device it is looking for and we'll try to point you to a driver source.
