| my son bought an mp3 player and down loaded his music, enjoyed that set for how ever long and then erased all music on it and now it won't let him down load. it says "no files" and when we try to re sync it, it says there is nothing ther . any ideas on how to fix it? |

The same thing happened to my daughter. We connected the player to the computer then opened 'my computer' and right clicked on the player's icon selected format then chose FAT and pressed start format. It worked for us- good luck.
