I just bought a brand new Panasonic X70 cell phone and it will not power on. It has been on the charger off and on for the past four hours. The red light on the front of the phone is flashing and the manual said that it may not power on until it is fully charged but I need to know if this is normal and how I will know when it is fully charged. Thanks
Take out and reseat the battery, it may not be seated correctly and isn't taking a charge.
If that doesn't work, you should visit the store you purchased it from. If its new, they'll be able to exchange the phone.
