My LG chocolate phone will turn on but it will not go to the main menu. It's stuck on the opening where it says verizon wireless. So i can't make any calls or anything. And then I can't shut it off without taking the battery out.
I tried taking the battery out several times and I tried charging it. Neither of those ideas worked. I don't know what else to try. Help me please!!
