I have a Walkman NW A-1000. I have installed SonicStage which contains the driver that I need and alternately, have installed just the driver.
My PC won't recognize the Walkman when I plug it into the USB port. Actually, neither of my home computers will recgonize it but my PC at work will.
The PC does not assign it a drive letter nor does the Walkman show up as a removable storage unit under computer management/ storage/removable storage. I am running XP and I am not plugging the device into my hub but directly into the port in my tower.
Any and all suggestion would be greatly appreciated!
