I had This Rca 32V432T 32 inc tv for about 1 year and about 2 days ago i turned it off then the next day i tryed 2 turn it on no picture just a red blinky light for about 25 times then a solid Red light cant figure it out

First thing you should do is unplug the set for an hour or so. If that does not work there could be a short in the set somewhere. Most likely the horizontal output transistor is shorted or something in that circuit such as the flyback transformer or maybe even the main power supply. You will need a service manual to trace out this problem most likely. if you do not have any TV repair experience please play it safe and call in a pro to assist you in this repair. good Luck and let us know how you make out with this repair.
