I have an emprex MP507 and when I sync music to it, it shows up on my computer on the device, but when disconnect it and turn it on, nothing is there, does anyone know how to fix this?
A similar thing happened to us. We dont have the same player as you though. We plugged the device into the computer, went into 'my computer' right clicked on the device's icon , chose format, then chose FAT format, then formatted it. This worked for us- good luck.
