how do i connect my dell inspiron 8600 to my tv to get picture and sound
I have an NVIDIA Ge FORCE FX go5XXX graphics with an S video port on the back of computer. my tv is sony digital hd tv that has a brighthouse hdtv cable box and a surround sound tuner. I connected an s-video cable from my laptop to the back of the tv and nothing happened and then i connected the s-video cable from the laptop to the tuner and nothing happened. I went to "video 1" then video 2 then video 3 etc but never showed the computer screen. How can I get this to work?different
