Sony Trinitron KV-2063R

Hi - I have a Sony Trinitron 20" KV-2062R (model from around 1989). Color finally gave up - now mostly pink with green ring. I've had similar problem fixed twice; once when picture completely went black and once when corner went green. Each time I was charged over $100 for a tech to change a couple little pins in the top left corner inside back. I am not a tech, but they were little tiny glass tubes with wires sticking out the bottom. I think they were fuses of some sort. I know that I could replace these myself if I just knew what to buy. I watched the tech do it - looks easy - and they can't possibly be that expensive. This TV functioned perfectly until the one day the color just died and I know it could be revived. Can anyone tell me what these things could be and where I could buy them to try? I've looked for a service manual for this online but can't find one. I'd appreciate any help anyone could offer.
