I have a 32" LG hd tv and LG surround sound kit. The problem that im having is trying to get freeview sound through the surround sound. THe freeview is built in the Tv and is one of the source options. I have connected the two togehter via scart. When i change the channel on the surround sound kit to TV i get the analogue sound coming through the surround sound. However when i change the source to DTV (the freeview) i still get the anaolgue playing thorugh the surround sound. I have tried looking in the manual etc but no luck on getting the freeview sound from the surround sound.
The connecting on th back on the surround sound is component, scart. The xbox is connected through the component on the tv, so cant really use that connection, and as i said the tv and surround sound is connected via scart. I got everthing working but not the freeview sound. Anyone had this problem before or got any possible solutions?
