I need help. I have a 3 year old cam with very little use. Last week when I tried to use it the viewfinder and the lcd are both dark gray almost black. The vcr plays back and the memory stick info can be retrieved on lcd. I have battery charged and lens cap is removed. Is this a home fix or does it mean a trip to the shop.
