Panasonic, model CT-27G22V, No picture with sound

The picture started going out after watching for awhile, now its bad enough that it sometimes it does not turn on at all.  The sound always works fine.  I was thinking maybe loose wire.  Any thoughts?  I would like to fix it if I can.
