sanyo icr b29x can't get it on

I think I locked this as all that is on the display is the time and a small square in the top right hand corner. I can't find my instructions and i cannot seem to go forward in any way. How can I proceed to get back to a normal screen please or get new instructions so I can rethink back to what i might have done?
