I have a 4 year old Samsung TXN3075WHF 16 by 9 CRT television. yesterday it started to have wavy lines down both sides of the screen that made horizontal type distortion on the picture. it also pincushions to some extent. this seems more noticeable during bright scenes but may just be that it is brighter.
I have checked this with all inputs and even on inputs with nothing hooked to them. it happens with all of them. it looks to be power supply related but I am just a computer IT tech so I that is strictly a guess. inside it is very modular as all tv's are nowadays and I have found a Samsung parts site which seems to have all the internal parts.
Anyone have any idea what part I should look at replacing?
