Hope I'm doing this right. My son was connecting the phone to the p.c. and it got a white screen on it and will do nothing. I was able to download the few pictures on it, but you cannot make or recieve calls on it. When you turn it on, it will vibrate and you will see the white screen.
Would really like some imput on this. He paid quite abit for it and can't return it. Thanks
