RCA Lyra RD2762A little help here.

This mp3 player sucks, first off it wasn't letting me d/l songs to it so i updated all the suchs to get it fixed, and it worked fine for about 2 weeks now and now I turn it on and go to my music and it says i need to profile the mp3 player. I started to profile it and then it doesn't move and i can hear it working because there is clicking which isn't a good thing either, So it is tryign to profile but it just isn't working. Is there anything that i could do to fix this? If anyone knows hit me back thanks.
