I am trying to download my pics from the phone memory, I have already contacted 3 and they don't know how to do it, I then went onto the Motorola website but could find nothing that helps me.
Motorola has a suite called Phone Tools that will do this, but it's around 30 bucks.
My suggestion would be to pick up a USB Bluetooth module for your computer. That way you can send images to and from the phone wirelessly without need for any special drivers or software for your phone.
What's the carrier? Verizon, Cingular, etc.?
