Panasonic 37" television

  I have a Panasonic 37" flat screen television. The tv will not turn on by remote or manual. It worked fine when I turned it on before work in the morning and when my children came home from school--nothing. The vcr and cd player work fine. Tried different outlets--same thing. Could it be something in the circuit board a fuse.
