My Mother in law has an RCA COLORTRAK Model C27219TK. It works except for one thing. The channels 2 thru 6 can not be tuned. I suspect because she no longer has the the factory remote only an RCA after market universal remote.
As a consequence I am unable to activate the scan function which would, I'm sure, find the missing channels. Incidently another TV plugged into the same cable is able to receive the missing channels.
Any ideas where I could find one of these remotes?

Are you sure of the model number my friend, as I cannot see this model number even in my old stuff, or even in a search?
I am looking for a remote for my rca colortrak 2000 model f27122tn- serial #f27
122TN. WITH AN EIA multiport. And in addition I would like to find a remote control for this unit.
