Can anyone advise how to adjust the front controls mainly on a Toshiba model 147R9A tv. The height is also out but I can live with that as the rear height control doesn't have enough adjustment. Controls are "ASM", "CALL", "S", "F", Vol +/- and CH +/-.
If the set has a vertical height control in the back and you cannot stretch out the picture, you have bad capacitors in this TV set. I dont have a manual for this set. Is it in New Zeland or the UK? it is not a US model.
