They all have x's or a's after the model # mine doesn't, mine is just HCN653W, what is the difference? I need a lamp for mine and do not know where the access door is or the part #, any help would be good. Thanks

I have a owner's instruction manual. while watching the tv it shut down and the only thing that is on is a steady burning timer light. ive unplugged everything from it and replugged it and still just the steady timer light glowing, is that the lamp?
The owners manual doesn't tell you anything about any of the electrical parts of it, it just tells you how to operate everything???I thought that was what you were for was to help people with their problems, evidently i have came to the wrong place, your asking me questions.
I am sorry to disagree with you but my owner's instruction manual doesn't have anything like you are talking about, no trouble light codes or when to change any bulbs or how. If I had that stuff I wouldn't be asking the question I am asking. I do not have a service manual is that what you are talking about?? Sorry for the trouble but you have me puzzled.

you do not need a service manual, you need an owners manualyou can get that as a free download from the Samsung website. GOOD luck!!

no you did not come to the wrong place!It does tell you in the owners manual the trouble light codes and when to change the bulb. Also tells you how.
