This TV is about 13 years old and just quit one day. Actually, it turned off once and I was able to watch it for a while then it just quit. I have it apart and it lookslike there is mild discoloration (yellow brown) on the D board if backlit around the power source.
The only place I've found that may help is fixyourowntv.com, which has a "dead TV" kit, but I don't get any response from anyone at that site.
Is there anywhere else where I can get a similar kit?
